1. CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL Mayor Elward called the special meeting to order at 1: 10 p. m., the notice for which being legally noticed on October 6, 2022.
Present: Jackie Elward, Mayor
Samantha Rodriguez, Vice Mayor
Gerard Giudice, Councilmember
Susan Hollingsworth-Adams, Councilmember
Pam Stafford, Councilmember
Absent: None.
Staff present: City Manager Jenkins and City Attorney Kenyon.
2. CLOSED SESSION
A. Public Comments: None
B. Mayor Elward made the closed session announcement pursuant to Government Code 54957. 7 and Council recessed to Closed Session at 1: 10 p. m. to consider: Public Employee Appointment/ Public Employment; Title: City Manager ( Government Code § 54957( b)) C. Mayor Elward reconvened the Joint Special Meeting open session at 5: 52 p. m. to report on Closed Session( Government Code § 54957. 1) indicating no reportable action.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Elward adjourned the special meeting at 5: 52 p. m.
