1. CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL Mayor Rodriguez called the special meeting to order at 4: 00 p.m., which was legally noticed on February 22, 2023.

Staff present: City Manager Piedra and City Attorney Kenyon.
2. CLOSED SESSION
A. Public Comments: None
B. Mayor Rodriguez made the closed session announcement pursuant to Government Code 54957. 7 and Council recessed to Closed Session at 4: 00 p.m. to consider: Conference with Legal Counsel— Anticipated Litigation Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956. 9( d)( 2): One case
C. Mayor Rodriguez reconvened the Special Meeting open session at 4: 45 p. m. to report on Closed Session (Government Code § 54957. 1) indicating no reportable action.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Rodriguez adjourned the special meeting at 4: 45 p. m.
