1. CITY COUNCIL/ RPFA/ SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE CDC SPECIAL MEETING
CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL
Mayor Rodriguez called the special meeting to order at 3: 02 p.m., which was legally noticed on February 27, 2023.
All Council Present: Samantha Rodriguez, Mayor
Susan Hollingsworth Adams, Vice Mayor
Gerard Giudice, Councilmember
Emily Sanborn, Councilmember, arrived at 3: 05 p.m.
Jackie Elward, Councilmember, arrived at 3: 34 p.m.
Staff present: City Manager Piedra, Deputy City Attorney Bazzano, Assistant Deputy City Attorney Burke, Director of Community Services Bagley, Director of Public Works Garrett, Director of Development Services Pawson, Director of Public Safety Mattos, Deputy City Engineer Brandt, City Clerk Lopez Cuevas, Administrative Assistant Andrews, Acting Finance Director O' Connell, Information Technology Manager Rowley, and Assistant City Clerk Machado.
Mobile Home Rent Appeals Board Members present: Janeen Kirby and Carla Taylor.
Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee Members present: Gary Gutierrez and Steven Keith.
Planning Commissioner present: Chuck Striplen.
2. BROWN ACT TRAINING BY CITY ATTORNEY
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
Assistant Deputy City Attorneys Bazzano and Burke provided Brown Act training which covered major provisions and requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act as well as new provisions of the Brown Act. Assistant Deputy City Attorneys Bazzano and Burke answered questions of Council and audience members.

Mayor Rodriguez left the dais at 3: 32 p.m. and returned at 3: 35 p. m.
4. ADJOURNMENT
