1. CITY COUNCIL/ PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO
ORDER/ ROLL CALL
Mayor Sanborn called the joint special meeting to order at 5: 39 p. m., which was legally noticed on February 2, 2026.

Staff present: City Manager Piedra, Deputy City Attorney Murphy, Senior Planner Pickett, Interim Director of Public Works Hendersen, Interim Director of Public Safety Mattos, Finance Director Howze, Interim Director of Development Services Landeros, Management Analyst McGunagle, Information Systems Operations Manager Cotter, Information Systems Analyst Son, Information Systems Technician Castillo, and Assistant City Clerk Machado.
2. STUDY SESSION REGARDING THE DRAFT ROHNERT PARK GENERAL PLAN 2040. Bany Miller and Jim Harnish, consultants, presented this item. Recommended Action:
Convene a joint City Council/ Planning Commission study session on General Plan 2040, including an opportunity for public comment, and provide direction.

Mayor Sanborn declared a recess at 6: 53 p. m. and reconvened the meeting at 7: 01 p. m.
