Business items, except those formally noticed for public hearing, or those pulled for discussion are assigned to the Consent Calendar. The Mayor or any Councilmember may request that any Consent Calendar item(s) be removed, discussed, and acted upon separately. Items removed from the Consent Calendar will be taken up under the "Excluded Consent Calendar" section below. Those items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be approved in one motion. The Mayor will call on anyone wishing to address the City Council on any Consent Calendar item on the agenda, which has not been pulled by Councilmembers for discussion.

11.A. A Hearing regarding a Nuisance Abatement at 6 Saddleback Road (Lot 18-RH), and consideration of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills Declaring the condition of the property to be a Public Nuisance and Ordering the Abatement thereof
RECOMMENDATION: Open the public hearing, consider all testimony and, upon consideration of the evidence, adopt Resolution No. 1416 declaring the condition to constitute a public nuisance and ordering the abatement thereof. 3 12. Discussion Items
12.A. Outdoor Emergency Siren and SAFE Unit Update; Receive and File and Provide Direction Regarding Community Outreach for Potential Future Siren Locations RECOMMENDATION: Receive and file the Outdoor Emergency Siren and SAFE Unit Update and provide direction to staff regarding community outreach and mock-up demonstrations for the proposed Saddleback Road and Portuguese Bend Road siren locations.
13. Matters From the City Council
13.A. Verbal update regarding additional handrails or guardrails at the Rolling Hills Tennis Courts
RECOMMENDATION: Receive and file. Provide direction to staff.
13.B. Consideration and possible action regarding acknowledgment of residentsubmitted ideas for publicly funded amenities, including requests for plaques or other forms of recognition.

14. Matters From Staff
14.A. Receive an update on Phase 1 of the Portuguese Bend Road / Rolling Hills Road 8" Sewer Main Project
RECOMMENDATION: Receive and file the status update and provide direction to staff on next steps for Phase 1 of the sewer main project.
