Tuesday, April 26, 2022 6:00 PM Teleconference/Council Chambers NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has called a Special Meeting of the City Council, to be called to order via teleconference and in-person in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. The agenda for the Special Meeting with the items of business to be transacted or discussed is set forth below.

NOTE: PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
In accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361), City Council Resolution Nos. 2487, 2490, 2491, 2493, 2498, 2499 and 2503, due to the continuing state of emergency, including masking and social distancing directives as a result of the threat of the COVID-19 virus, this meeting is being broadcast via teleconference. Members of the public may participate in-person in the Council Chambers, or virtually in the meeting in the following ways:
- Members of the public may listen to the meeting live by calling: (1 669 900 6833) from any phone, Meeting ID:
870 0098 8666 Meeting Password: 066081. (Please note you will not have the ability to speak using the call in option from a phone line.)
- Public correspondence may be emailed to the City Clerk at [email protected]. Emails received before 3:00 p.m. prior to the start of the meeting will be forwarded to the City Council for their consideration and included as part of the record.
- Members of the public may also comment online using eComment on the “Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Videos” page of the City’s website (www.rhe.city/MeetingAgendas). Once the agenda is published, there will be an “eComment” button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City’s SpeakUp page. After you register, you may comment on any item on that particular agenda.
These comments can be seen by the public, will be considered by the Council and become part of the record.
- Members of the public who wish to speak during this meeting may join the Zoom meeting by accessing the Zoom app from a computer (downloaded at Zoom.com) or tablet or phone (downloaded in the App Store), by entering the following credentials: Meeting ID: 870 0098 8666, Meeting Password: 066081. Members of the public who join the Zoom meeting will not have video, and may request to speak using the following process: After joining the Zoom meeting, if you wish to speak, please select the "raise hand" option at the lower portion of your screen.
