SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
APRIL 26, 2022
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills Estates was called to order by MAYOR ZERUNYAN at 6:07 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall and remotely via teleconference, in accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361) and City Council Resolution Nos. 2487, 2490, 2491, 2493, 2498, 2499, 2503 and proposed Resolution No. 2505, due to the continuing state of emergency, including masking and social distancing directives as a result of the threat of the COVID-19 virus.

City Manager Grammer introduced Administrative Services Director Mike Whitehead.
Administrative Services Director Whitehead provided a staff report (per the agenda materials), as well as a presentation summarizing the following topics:
• IT Operations Overview
• Staffing
• Vendors
• Internet Connections
• Residential & Business City-Wide Internet
• Digital City & “Internet of Things” Overview
• Purchasing & Project Management
• Disaster Preparedness & Recovery
• Security Controls
• Strategic Planning
• Technology Awards
5. ADJOURNMENT
At 6:50 p.m. MAYOR ZERUNYAN adjourned the City Council meeting to the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m.
