NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has called a Special Meeting of the City Council, to be called to order in person in the City Hall Conference room and via teleconference at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. The agenda for the Special Meeting with the items of business to be transacted or discussed is set forth below.
