1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills Estates was called to order by MAYOR HUFF at 5:00 PM.

City Council Members Present: Brown Schachter, Huff, Schmitz, Stegura, Zerunyan City Council Members Absent: None
City Staff Present: City Manager Greg Grammer
City Clerk Lauren Pettit
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS FOR PLANNING COMMISSION, ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE and TRAFFIC & SAFETY COMMITTEE VACANCIES The City Council conducted interviews for following applicants for the three vacancies on the Planning Commission, one vacancy on the Environmental Advisory Committee, and two vacancies on the Traffic & Safety Committee:
5:00 – Jeff Romanelli
5:10 – Gary Mancuso
5:20 – Brier Boyd
5:30 – Joan Friedman
5:40 – Will Nicklas
5:50 – Navi Uppal
6:00 – Simone Schmidt
6:10 – Rena Nash
6:20 – Susan Robinson
5. ADJOURNMENT
At 6:58 pm MAYOR HUFF adjourned the Special City Council meeting to the regular City Council meeting.
