NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has called a Special Meeting of the City Council, to be called to order in the Conference Room of City Hall at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. The agenda for the Special Meeting with the items of business to be transacted or discussed is set forth below.

Public Comment is welcome in-person on any item during City Council consideration of the item. Public correspondence may also be emailed to the City Clerk at [email protected]. Emails received before 3:00 p.m. prior to the start of the meeting will be forwarded to the City Council for their consideration and included as part of the record. Members of the public may also comment online using eComment on the “Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Videos” page of the City’s website (www.rhe.city/MeetingAgendas). Once the agenda is published, there will be an “eComment” button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City’s SpeakUp page.
