1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills Estates was called to order by MAYOR HUFF at 5:30 PM.
3. ROLL CALL
City Council Members Present: Brown Schachter, Huff, Schmitz, Stegura, Zerunyan City Council Members Absent: None
City Staff Present: City Manager Greg Grammer
City Clerk Lauren Pettit
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS FOR ONE (1) PARK AND ACTIVITIES
COMMISSION VACANCY
The City Council conducted interviews for the following applicants for the one (1) vacancy on the Park and Activities Commission:
5:30 – Tony Acardo
5:40 – Margaret Johnson
5:50 – Katie Stapleton
6:00 – Zachary Holdsworth
COUNCIL MEMBER STEGURA moved, seconded by COUNCIL MEMBER
SCHACHTER, TO APPROVE AS FOLLOWS BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE:
APPOINT MARGARET JOHNSON TO THE PARK AND ACTIVITIES
COMMISSION.
5. ADJOURNMENT
At 6:50 pm MAYOR HUFF adjourned the Special City Council meeting to the regular City Council meeting.
