1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills Estates was called to order by MAYOR SCHMITZ at 5:00 PM.

City Council Members Present: Brown Schachter, Huff, Schmitz, Stegura, Zerunyan City Council Members Absent: None
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. DISASTER TRAINING FEMA COURSE - ICS-402: INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM
OVERVIEW FOR EXECUTIVE / SENIOR OFFICIALS
Brandy Villanueva, CEM, Disaster Management Area G Coordinator, presented an executive course in Emergency Management, including the different Governing Authorities, National Incident Management System (NIMS), State Emergency Management System (SEMS), Disaster Management Area Coordination (DMAS), the difference between a disaster and an emergency, and the Emergency Management Cycle.
5. ADJOURNMENT
MAYOR SCHMITZ adjourned the Special City Council meeting to the regular City Council meeting.
