Recommendation: That the City Council approve the renewal of the Municipal Services Agreement with the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control.

Management Analyst Slawson provided a staff report (as per the agenda material).

Discussion ensued about the fact that the rates have not yet been provided by the County, and the consideration of approving the contract without the set rates to avoid service disruption.
