THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE (3003148). Staff requests Council approve a contract purchase agreement with Invengo American Corp dba FE Technologies to install, implement and support a new Automated Materials Handling (AMH) system.

The total not-to-exceed amount for this contract is $1,060,000, which includes $710,633.68 for initial equipment and installation costs, sales tax, and removal of existing equipment; $64,382 for additional equipment expenditures, as needed for change orders; and $71,246 per year for four (4) years of maintenance and support. Funding for this project was approved from FY2020-21 General Fund year-end budget surplus, with the annual maintenance and support expenditure to be included in each year's operational budget in the General Fund.
