1. 8:41p.m. Commencement.
Mayor Beach Kuhl; Mayor Pro Tem Elizabeth Brekhus; Council Members Bill Kircher, Jr.; Julie McMillan, Elizabeth Robbins; Town Attorney Benjamin Stock.
2. Town Council consideration of adoption of Resolution No. 2324 ratitying an Employment Agreement retaining David Woltering to serve as Interim Planning and Building Director. (Johnson)
Town Manager Johnson gave the staff report and explained for the Town to hire lnterim Planning & Building Director, David Woltering, the Town must abide by CaIPERS rules and have the Town Council adopt a resolution authorizing the employment agreement. The reason for calling a special meeting is the Town wanted Mr. Woltering to start on July 5, 2023 to ensure a smooth transition.
Mayor Brekhus opened the public comment period, and there were no speakers.
Councilmember Robbins moved and Councilmember Kuhl seconded, to adopt Resolution 2324 authorizing the employment agreement for David Woltering, lnterim Planning & Building Director. Motion carried unanimously (5-01.
