2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAT COUNSEL-ANTICIPATED LITIGATION lnitiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph ( ) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: (one potential case)

Mayor Brekhus announced no reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
