2. Posting of Agenda
Town Manager Johnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.
Prior to going into closed session, the Town Attorney stated that Councilmember Robbins recused herself from participating in ltem 3a. of the closed session agenda because she lives within 500 feet of the property underlying the lawsuit.

4. 6:17 p.m. Open Session. Council will return to open session and announce actions taken, if any.
Mayor Brekhus announced that ltem 3b. was continued until the end of the Regular Council Meeting. The report out for ltems a. and c. was that no actions were taken.
5. Council reconvened into closed session at the end of the Regular Council Meeting to consider item 3b.
6. Adjournment.
Mayor Brekhus reported out that there was no action taken on item 3b, and adjourned the special closed session meeting at 8:29 p.m.
