2. Posting of Agenda
Town Manager Christa Johnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.
3. Closed Session
a. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (45 minutes) Property: (33 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Ross CA 94957)
Town negotiator: (Town Manager)
Negotiating parties: (Ross Valley Paramedic Authority)
Under negotiation: (Instruction to negotiator on both price and terms of lease payments)
b. Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Pursuant to Government Code section 54957) Title: Town Manager
4. 6:00 p.m. Open Session. Town Council will return to open session and announce actions taken, if any.
The Council came out of closed session, and Mayor Kircher announced that the closed session would continue after the regular Council Meeting and there were currently no reportable actions.
Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 10:01 p.m.
