2. Posting of Agenda
Town Manager Christa Johnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.
3. Closed Session

4. 11:45 a.m. Open Session. Town Council returned to open session and announced actions taken, if any.
The Council came out of closed session, and Mayor Kircher announced that there was no reportable action taken in closed session and adjourned the Special Meeting at 11:45 a.m.
5. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
