Mayor Kircher participated from 7 Teal Road, Belvedere, CA 5:15 p.m. Commencement.
Mayor Bill Kircher, Jr. (via Zoom); Council Members Teri Dowling, Elizabeth Robbins, and Mathew Salter; Town Manager, Christa Johnson, Town Attorney, Benjamin Stock. Mayor Pro Tem Julie Town Mastinge of hista dahnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.
3. Closed Session
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: (one potential case)
4. 5:45 p.m. Open Session. Town Council returned to open session and announced actions taken, if any.
The Council came out of closed session, and Town Attorney Ben Stock announced there was no reportable action taken in closed session and the Special Meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
