10:00 a.m. Commencement.
Mayor Bill Kircher, Jr.; Mayor Pro Tem Julie McMillan; Council Members Teri Dowling, Elizabeth Robbins, and Mathew Salter; Town Manager, Christa Johnson, Town Attorney, Benjamin Stock.
2. Posting of Agenda
Town Manager Christa Johnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.
Closed Session
a. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Property: (33 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Ross CA 94957)
Town negotiator: (Town Manager)
Negotiating parties: (Ross Valley Paramedic Authority)
Under negotiation: (Instruction to negotiator on both price and terms of lease payments) 11:20 a.m. Open Session. Town Council returned to open session and announced actions taken, if any.
The Council came out of closed session and Mayor Kircher announced there was no reportable action taken in closed session and the Special Meeting was adjourned at 11:20 a.m.
5. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 11:20 a.m.
