The meeting will be held in person. As a courtesy, and technology permitting, members of the public may participate remotely and provide public comment via Zoom. Please be advised that those participating in the meeting remotely via Zoom do so at their own risk. Council meetings will not be canceled due to technical difficulties. If no members of the Town Council are attending the meeting via teleconference, and a technical error or outage occurs on the teleconference feed, the Town Council will continue the meeting in person in the Ross Town Hall, 31 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Ross, CA.

7. Town Council to consider a request for FYE 26 funding in the amount of $25,500 from the Ross Property Owners’ Association and provide direction to staff regarding the amount of funding to include in the FYE 26 budget. (Johnson) Reports available online, click HERE.

8. Town Council to review and provide guidance to the Town Manager on the draft Fiscal Year 2025-26 (FYE26) budget beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. (Johnson)
9. Town Council discussion and input on the Draft Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) document. Based on discussion, an updated final version of the CIP will be included for adoption in the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget document. (Simonitch) Next steps and wrap up.
