1. 5:00 p.m. Commencement.
Mayor Julie McMillan; Mayor Pro Tem Elizabeth Robbins; Council Members Teri Dowling, C. W.
Kircher, Jr., and Mathew Salter; Town Manager, Christa Johnson, Town Attorney, Benjamin Stock.
2. Posting of Agenda
Town Manager Christa Johnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.
Closed Session
a. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Conference with Labor Negotiators
Town representatives: Town Manager & Mark Wilson, Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP Employee organization: Ross Police Officers Association
4. 6:00 p.m. Open Session. Town Council returned to open session and announced actions taken, if any.
The Council came out of closed session and Mayor McMillan announced there was no reportable action taken in closed session and the Special Meeting was adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
