1. 4:30 p.m. Commencement.
Mayor Julie McMillan Mayor Pro Tem Elizabeth Robbins; Council Members Teri Dowling, Bill Kircher, Jr., and Mathew Salter (attending remotely from 246 Spring Street, New York, NY 10013); Town Manager, Christa Johnson, Town Attorney, Benjamin Stock.
2. Posting of Agenda
Town Manager Johnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.
Closed Session
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-EXISTING LITIGATION

b. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

Town negotiator: (Town Manager)
Negotiating parties: (Ross Valley Paramedic Authority)
Under negotiation: (Instruction to negotiator on both price and terms of lease payments)
6:00 p.m. Open Session. Town Council returned to open session and announced actions taken, if any.
The Council came out of closed session and Mayor McMillan announced there was no reportable action taken in closed session and the Special Meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
