The meeting will be held in person. As a courtesy, and technology permitting, members of the public may participate remotely and provide public comment via Zoom. Please be advised that those participating in the meeting remotely via Zoom do so at their own risk. Council meetings will not be canceled due to technical difficulties. If no members of the Town Council are attending the meeting via teleconference, and a technical error or outage occurs on the teleconference feed, the Town Council will continue the meeting in person in the Ross Town Hall, 31 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Ross, CA.

1. Emailing [email protected] prior to 4:00 P.M. the day before the meeting.
2. Attend the meeting in person and provide public comment.

4. Town Council consideration to adopt Resolution No. 2542 to:
a. Order preparation of an Elections Code Section 9212 Report evaluating the “Friends of Ross Firehouse” initiative measure;
b. Authorize the Town Manager to negotiate and execute agreements with appropriate consultants, including RSG, Inc., Citygate Associates, and Mary McGrath Architects, and other necessary consultants to assist with the preparation of the 9212 report;
c. Authorize an additional budget appropriation in an amount not to exceed $85,000 to cover anticipated costs for consultant services. (Johnson)
5. Adjourn to Closed Session
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2):

6. Town Council will return to open session and announce actions taken, if any.
