Mayor Julie McMillan Mayor Pro Tem Elizabeth Robbins; Council Members Teri Dowling, Bill Kircher, Jr., and Mathew Salter, Town Manager, Christa Johnson, Town Attorney, Benjamin Stock.
Posting of Agenda
Town Manager Johnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.

5. 6:00 p.m. Open Session. Town Council returned to open session and announced actions taken, if any.
The Council came out of closed session and Mayor McMillan announced there was no reportable action taken in closed session and the Special Meeting was adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
