5:00 p.m. Commencement.
Mayor Julie McMillan Mayor Pro Tem Elizabeth Robbins; Council Members Teri Dowline, Bil Kircher, Jr., and Mathew Salter,; Town Manager Christa Johnson (for Item No. 1 and 2 only).
2. Posting of Agenda
Town Manager Johnson reported that the agenda was posted according to government requirements.
Closed Session
a. Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Pursuant to Government Code section 54957) Title: Town Manager
b. Conference with Labor Negotiators (Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.6) Town designated representatives: (Town Council)

6:02 p.m. Open Session. Town Council returned to open session and announced actions taken, if any.
The Council came out of closed session and Mayor McMillan announced there was no reportable action taken in closed session and the Special Meeting was adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
