The meeting will be held in person. Members of the public have an opportunity to comment on items not on the agenda at the beginning of the meeting during Open Time for Public Expression. Members of the public have an opportunity to comment on items on the agenda following the staff presentation prior to the final Council deliberations. Speakers are allotted 3 minutes, though occasionally the mayor may choose a shorter time allocation. As a courtesy, and technology permitting, members of the public may participate remotely and provide public comment via Zoom. Please be advised that those participating in the meeting remotely via Zoom do so at their own risk. Council meetings will not be canceled due to technical difficulties. If no members of the Town Council attend the meeting via teleconference, and a technical error or outage occurs on the teleconference feed, the Town Council will continue the meeting in person in the Ross Town Hall, 31 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Ross, CA.
Teleconference Location: 322 Seadrift Road, Stinson Beach, CA 94970 (Mayor Pro Tempore Robbins is participating remotely; agendas are posted at the location; this location is open to the public). A quorum of the Council will be physically present at the above location.

b. Town Council to consider approving Demands: July 2026 c. Town Council to receive the second reading, and consider adoption of Ordinance No. 738 to amend the Town of Ross municipal code to allow for different project delivery methods. (Johnson)
d. Town Council to consider the appointment of Ian Spatz to the Advisory Design Review Group (ADR) (Feliciano).
e. Town Council to consider authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Civic Plus LLC for website migration, design, and maintenance for the not-to-exceed amount of Sixty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-One and 76/100 Dollars ($67,731.76) over the term of three years. 10. Town Council to consider approving the proposed Fourth Amendment to the Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement with the Ross Valley Fire Department (RVFD) and authorize the Mayor to execute the amendment. (Mahoney) .
11. Town Council to consider accepting the investment report for the twelve-month period ending June 30, 2026. (Johnson) .
12. Town Council to receive an update from staff regarding the status of the implementation of the Town of Ross Facilities Master Plan including analysis of the San Anselmo Fire Station 20 Renovation Project and Fairfax Fire Station 21 Remodel Project. (Johnson) .
13. Town Council to discuss and consider either moving to appoint a qualified individual to fill Councilmember Kircher’s remaining term or provide direction on the process for filling the Town Council vacancy that will become effective September 11, 2026. (Stock) End of Administrative Agenda.
