The meeting will be held in person starting at 4:00 PM. As a courtesy, and technology permitting, members of the public may participate remotely and provide public comment via Zoom. Please be advised that those participating in the meeting remotely via Zoom do so at their own risk.
Council meetings will not be canceled due to technical difficulties. If no members of the Town Council attend the meeting via teleconference, and a technical error or outage occurs on the teleconference feed, the Town Council will continue the meeting in person at the Ross Town Hall, 31 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Ross, CA.

A quorum of the Council will be physically present at the above location.

3. Public Comment for Special Meeting Agenda Items.
4. Town Council to receive and review applicationsfor Town Council appointment, provide each applicant an opportunity to address and respond to questions from the Council, and either (1) move to appoint one of the applicants to fill the remainder of Councilmember Kircher's term, or (2) provide further direction on the process for filling the vacancy, including the option of calling a special election. 5. Town Council to receive a presentation from Gensler regarding the status of the Facilities Master Plan Amendment and the proposed methodology for establishing a revised, independent Ross Fire Station space program; provide comments and direction regarding the proposed approach; and direct staff to return to the Town Council with a proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Gensler Professional Services Agreement, including the additional scope, fee, schedule and associated project budget appropriation, prior to authorization of the additional programming services. 6. Town Council to discuss Ross Municipal Code section 18.40.115 and removal of temporary signs in public right of way.
7. Closed Session. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) (Name of case: People of the State of California and Town of Ross v. Terry Pickett et al., Marin County Superior Court, Case No.
CV0000719).
8. Open Session. Town Council will return to open session and announce actions taken, if any.
9. Adjournment.
