Description/Analysis
Issue Detail: On November 16, 2021, City Council passed Motion No. 2021-0317 approving the Standing Committees and Boards, Commissions and Committees 2022 meeting schedules.
On November 17, 2021 at the Joint Meetings of the Workers’ Compensation Claims Committee and Tort Claims Committee, members took action changing their meeting start time from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. As such, attached for approval is a revised 2022 Meeting Schedule for the Joint Meetings of the Workers’ Compensation Claims Committee and Tort Claims Committee.
Policy Considerations: Approving an annual meeting schedule of legislative bodies is consistent with City Charter section 31, the Council Rules of Procedure and the Brown Act.
