• Application withdrawn in 2010 after community
opposition.
• 2020: Request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Alcohol Sales (P20-012).
• Applicant desires to diversify the gas station’s sources of income to offset increasing staff and maintenance costs. • Strong community opposition to this request.

• June 21, 2021: Applicant filed a request to appeal the Planning and Design Commission’s action to the City
Council.
