The tentative map P05-199 entitled "Morrison Avenue Estates" was approved for 37 residential lots by the Planning and Design Commission on 05/24/07, with a time extension approved by the Zoning Administrator per Z19-042 on June 27, 2019. The tentative map was extended for 18 months by AB1561 and the number of lots were reduced to 36 and approved through substantial conformance review. This project will subdivide 3.41 acres into 36 residential lots, in the Single-Unit or Duplex Dwelling (R1-A) zone.
