As a disabled member of my community (Cerebral Palsy) with a profound interest in local, state and federal government, I cannot pass up this opportunity to be a member of this
board. Serving as an advisor to the City Council on disability related matters seems like an excellent use of my time and experience growing up and living in Sacramento with
Cerebral Palsy.
Please list all of your professional experience directly related to the seat you are applying for.
I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy alongside
hydrocephalus at a very young age, and have been
interested in disability rights and how it relates to local and state politics since I was young.

activities, volunteering experience, or other
qualifications that would be helpful in evaluating your application.
Extensive internships in the State Capitol during my
undergraduate years at Sacramento State, which cemented my desire to work in public service following graduation from my Master's program. I am currently obtaining an MPA from McGeorge School of Law. Following graduation this
Spring, I intend to either work as a Legislative Assistant for a State Assemblymember or Senator for a legislative term.
Afterwards, I intend to run for my own seat in the State Assembly or Senate, given as running for public office has always been my end career goal.
