Recommendation:
Adopt an Ordinance adding Chapter 12.100 to the Sacramento City Code, relating to the Emergency Shelter and Enforcement Act of 2022, to be published in full pursuant to Sacramento City Charter, § 32(d); and pass a Motion directing the City Clerk to return to City Council on April 19, 2022, with the administrative items necessary to submit the Ordinance to the voters at the November 8, 2022, general election.
