The City must prioritize funding affordable housing! The projects listed could all be funded if the City issued affordable housing bonds and significantly increased the funding for the Trust Funds. In addition, please see the recent report which highlights the loss of affordable housing production because the City gutted the inclusionary ordinance. More than 2000 individuals and families would have been affordably housed if the City had not weakened the ordinance. I will forward the report to all council members Agenda Item: eComments for Public Comments-Matters Not on the Agenda Overall Sentiment
