Asked that staff look at modifying ordinance re: no
cruising zones in the city. Work with businesses and
neighbors as well as low rider community.
5/10 CAO is researching and preparing an
ordinance to bring back to Law & Leg.
This needs to be a priority item on the log.
We need to move forward and vote to remove the no cruising ordnance 1988.

Greetings Council
My name is Maisha Bahati, CEO of Crystal Nugs, the first Black and Women owned cannabis delivery retailer in Sacramento, in addition I received one of 10 storefront retail permits through the CORE program and will be opening our storefront at 2300 J St. I would ask that the council consider on-site consumption lounges in Sacramento. It will be a welcoming addition for consumers to safely purchase and consume cannabis in a licensed location.
