Issue Detail: Councilmember Loloee has withdrawn the call-up review of P21-039, pursuant to Sacramento Planning and Development Code section 17.228.900.J.
On Thursday, December 08, 2022, the Planning and Design Commission approved a Conditional Use Permit to establish a Cannabis Dispensary (delivery-only) within a 2,400-square-foot tenant space of an existing 9,600-square-foot building, and a Conditional Use Permit to establish cannabis production (non-volatile manufacturing, distribution) on approximately 0.63 acres, in the Industrial and Transit-Area Zone (M-T).
The project was called-up by the Councilmember on December 09, 2022. On January 10, 2023, the call-up was withdrawn.
In accordance with Planning and Development Code section 17.228.900.J, any other member of the City Council shall have ten (10) days from the date of this meeting to file a request for call-up review.
