meetings to elicit input to assist in developing a social consumption framework to bring back to L&L.

structure to help incentivize development. Explore
options in the Stockton Blvd area. TBD
Staff presented recommendations and options to the City Council on 8/9/22. City Council funding Reduced Impact
Fee Program for Affordable Housing on 12/6/22. Staff will return to L&L to discuss program revisions in March or
April 2023.

discuss worker issues in the cannabis industry. OCM met with state and local apprenticeship operators to discuss opportunities in the cannabis field. OCM continues to

development program.
