Recommendation:
1) Adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 3.08 of the Sacramento City Code, relating to the Sacramento Business Operations Tax Update of 2024, to be published in full pursuant to Sacramento City Charter, § 32(d); and 2) Pass a Motion directing the City Clerk to return to City Council on November 14, 2023, with the administrative items necessary to submit the Ordinance to the voters at the March 5, 2024 municipal election.
