Recommendation: Pass a Motion confirming the following board and commission appointments: 1) Active Transportation Commission: David Moore - Seat I and C. Sequoia Erasmus - Seat J; 2) Natomas Basin Conservancy Board of Directors: Patrick Huber - Seat A and Ethan Valburg - Seat E; 3) Sacramento Disabilities Advisory Commission: Alexandria Smith - Seat F; and 5) correcting term dates for: a) Animal Care Citizens Advisory Committee: Leah Morris - Seat F; b) Housing Code Advisory and Appeals Board: George Antablian, Jr. - Seat C; c) Planning and Design Commission:

Robert Blunt - Seat J; d) Sacramento-Yolo Mosquito and Vector Control District: Raymond LaTorre - Seat A; and e) Sacramento Youth Commission: Ziqi Lin - Sea H.

Rationale for Recommendation: The Personnel and Public Employees Committee has nominated for appointment a vacancy identified on several of the Boards and Commissions. After consideration, candidates were nominated, which now require Council confirmation. Confirmation of appointment by the City Council finalizes the process.
