1) Review the Sacramento Community Police Review Commission's (the "Commission") 2023 Annual Report (the "Report") (Attachment 2) pursuant to Council Rules of Procedure chapter 17 (C)(4); and 2) pass a Motion to a) provide direction to staff to: i) forward the Report to the City Council for direction and action; or ii) update the Report to incorporate changes by the Personnel and Public Employee Committee ("P&PE") and forward to the City Council for review and action; or b) provide direction to the Commission to reevaluate the Report based on P&PE's comments and concerns and come back to the Committee.
