Recommendation:
Receive and provide direction on the attached Measure U Community Advisory Committee (Measure U Committee) recommendations regarding City performance measures and take one of the following actions: 1) Pass a Motion forwarding one or more Measure U Committee recommendations to the City Council for consideration; 2) Pass a Motion adopting the staff recommendation that the City Manager continue to direct departments to update their performance measures and that staff present the updated performance reporting to the Measure U Committee; 3) Pass a Motion directing the Measure U Committee and/or staff to conduct further review and come back to the Budget and Audit Committee with more information regarding the proposed recommendations; or 4) Pass a Motion dismissing the recommendations.
