Review and pass a Motion: 1) Directing the City Clerk to amend the Council Rules of Procedure Chapter 17(C)(4) regarding commission recommendations to the city council to mirror Councilmember Proposal Requests (Chapter 12) and to include a limitation of twice per calendar year and bring back to the P&PE Committee for review; or 2) Directing the City Clerk to amend the Council Rules of Procedure Chapter 17 (C)(4) regarding commission recommendations to the city council to mirror Councilmember Proposal Requests (Chapter 12) and to include a limitation of twice per calendar year and take to the City Council for consideration; or 3) Directing the City Clerk to finalize the Commission Recommendation Submittal Form, and share the process as outlined in Council Rules of Procedure Chapter 17(C)(4), regarding commission recommendations with commission staff and commissioners.
