BACKGROUND
A. The City Manager has request ed an extension of his current agreement, such that the agreement would not expire until December 31, 2025.
BASED ON THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE BACKGROUND, THE CITY COUNCIL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The amendment to the City Manager’s employment agreement attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A is adopted, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the amendment.
Section 2. Exhibit A is part of this Resolution.
