1) Review cost and process proposals of firms proposing to conduct the executive recruitment for City Manager; 2) Discuss comments and suggestions from City Councilmembers at the January 28, 2025 Council meeting; 3) Discuss the executive recruitment firms' qualifications and proposals and provide direction to staff; and 4) Either (a) Pass a Motion directing the City Clerk to invite selected firm(s) to present to the P&PE Committee on February 18, 2025 or (b) Pass a Motion recommending engagement of a firm based upon the review and discussion of the P&PE Committee and directing the City Clerk to forward the recommendation to the City Council for consideration.
