Each speaker shall limit his/her remarks to the specified time allotment.

Reviewed and discussed the Active Transportation Commission 2024 Annual Report and passed a Motion forwarding the Active Transportation Commission 2024 Annual Report to the full City Council for consideration.
Direction to the City Manager to work with staff to: 1) Establish a dedicated transportation safety team; 2) Implement a quick-build safety improvements program that allows the team to quickly deploy temporary and adaptable infrastructure solutions, such as enhanced pedestrian crossings, protected bike lanes, and traffic-calming measures; 3) Explore and secure long-term funding to support the creation and operation of said team; and 4) Direct the team to implement solutions tailored to the unique needs of each Council District, with an emphasis on addressing urgent needs in our most vulnerable neighborhoods.
