Description/Analysis
Issue Detail: On June 10, 2025, Council approved the FY2025/26 Approved Budget (File No. 2025- 00615). In Exhibit A of the FY2025/26 Approved Budget Resolution (Resolution No. 2025-0162), the Multi-year Operating Project and Capital Improvement Project Appropriations chart erroneously stated that the FUEL network project (I02000800) is funded by the Measure U fund (2401). It is actually funded by the General Fund (1001).
The attached Resolution administratively corrects the error (Attachment 2 and Attachment 3). This correction does not change the FY2025/26 Approved Budget.
Policy Considerations: Not applicable.
Economic Impacts: Not applicable.
File ID: 2025-01718 10/7/2025
Environmental Considerations: California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA): This report concerns administrative activities and government fiscal activities that do not constitute a “project” as defined by CEQA Guidelines section 15378 and California Public Resources Code section 21080 and are not subject to the provisions of CEQA (CEQA Guidelines, §15060(c)(3)). CEQA review for any project which utilizes funds allocated in this report, has been or will be performed in conjunction with planning, design, and approval of each specific project as appropriate.
Sustainability: Not applicable.
Rationale for Recommendation: Approval of the proposed Resolution will administratively correct the FY2025/26 Budget Resolution (Resolution No. 2025-0162).
Financial Considerations: This is just an administrative correction. The correction does not change the FY2025/26 Approved Budget.
Local Business Enterprise (LBE): Not applicable.
