Council approved process to permit lounges pending the associated consumption lounge zoning amendments (which they gave direction to bring) on 9/16/25. Tax item heard at L&L on 11/28/23. Modifications to CORE program heard at Council 1/23/24. 1 Mayor McCarty Code Enforcement Ordinance relating to vacant lot enforcement L&L 9/16/25 Staff presented to L&L on 3/7/23 per Council direction to enhance the enforcement process. Direction was given to staff, who will return to L&L with proposed ordinance. Staff presented to L&L on 9/16/25. Staff directed to move forward with stakeholder engagement process, review earlier poll results, and assess how programs work in other jurisdictions. Then staff to return to L&L with recommendations.
