RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE A 3.16-ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 901 CIRCLE DRIVE WHEREAS, Circle Drive Estates is the owner of the approximately 3.16-acre parcel of land located at 901 Circle Drive (Monterey County Assessor’s Parcel Number [APN] 004-605-016-000), hereinafter referred to as the “Property”; and WHEREAS, the Salinas City Council approved Planned Unit Development Permit (“PUD”) 90-3 to allow the construction of 29 single-family homes; and WHEREAS, PUD 90-3 requires that Circle Drive Estates dedicate the Property to the City of Salinas for open space purposes; and WHEREAS, Circle Drive Estates and the City of Salinas both desire to complete the transfer of the Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council hereby approves the attached Transfer Agreement and authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Manager, as appropriate, to execute any documentation necessary to effectuate the transfer.
