We, the undersigned residents of Sandhan Circle + San andreas Way confirm that we DO NOT want the residential permit parking program on our street. We understand that our decision to opt out of the program at this time may result in the following:
1. Not being able to re-enter the program for a two year time period.
2. Parking spill over may occur on our street.
3. If we elect by petition to and are eligible to re-enter the program, a new parking study may be required and we will be required to pay the full implementation costs to re-enter the District at that time. The costs for re-entering the program includes the parking king study, signs, street markings, permit issuance management, software/program changes, and any other costs related to add my street to the district.
